I recently stayed at Indigo Hotel New Orleans and overall had a good experience. The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were taken care of. The food was definitely A1 — flavorful, fresh, and a highlight of the stay. The room itself was on the smaller side, and the bathroom was pretty tight, which made it a bit less comfortable. One thing that stood out in a not-so-great way was that the curtains in our room were noticeably filthy, which I hope was just an oversight. That said, I’d absolutely be willing to give this location another try — hopefully with a better room next time because everything else made for a nice stay!

Room was like a closet, we only stayed there because of the balcony which was nothing to write home about. You could barely turn around in the bathroom. The sheets were not fitted and the bed was low quality. It was so loud outside that I couldn’t sleep like the constant loading and unloading of dumpsters. I finally fell asleep at 4am when it finally stopped. The front desk and the food service was what you would expect for a $300+ dollar a night room but the person who brought me back my car was not friendly to say the least. We ended up leaving and going home because it was just that bad, we chose not to stay there the second night. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!
