Am very happy with our stay at Adlon. The best so far I have ever had in all hotels in my entire life. I would like to thank the entire hotel staff who made our accommodations smooth and seemless. Hope to be back the next time

A Memorable Stay with One Small Drawback Stayed: June 24–26 Staying at Hotel Adlon Kempinski was truly special. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed — the service was warm, thoughtful, and consistently attentive. We especially enjoyed the cocktails and food; everything was beautifully crafted and delicious. The elegance of the hotel, its history, and its atmosphere made our time in Berlin feel even more meaningful. The only downside was our room. Located on the first floor with a street view, it was unfortunately quite noisy, especially at night. The windows didn’t seal properly, and although the staff kindly tried to help when we mentioned it, the noise was still a challenge. Despite that, the overall experience was exceptional. I would absolutely return — just next time, I’d ask for a quieter room.

Overall, the hotel service was good and most of the staff were polite and professional. However, the lady at the reception who handled my checkout (around 12:00 noon on August 1, 2025) was extremely indifferent and unprofessional. After I had waited for at least 15 minutes, she simply asked for my room number and dismissed me without any proper checkout procedure. She clearly needs professional training in order to perform this role properly.

Our room had non-working AC for first 3 days. Hotel was only able to offer a fan and didn’t have a service technician come till the third day of our stay. They offered no compensation or discount for the room. I also requested ice to be delivered to my room multiple times due to a knee injury and they failed to deliver multiple nights. Beautiful rooms and beautiful hotel, but clearly not a 5-star service hotel.
