O hotel é lindo, as instalações são muito bem cuidadas e bem decoradas. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos, mas a oferta dos amenities poderiam ser melhor, não tinha touca de banho, nem discos de algodão e nem cotonetes. A reposição de sabonetes de mãos é do creme hidrante poderia ter sido mais generosa, isso denota maior atenção. O café da manhã era muito gostoso, variado e farto. Os atendentes da recepção eram muito gentis e simpáticos.

Excellent hotel located in the historic center of Salamanca. The facilities are first-class, as it is a former Franciscan convent and right next to the Convent of San Esteban. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. They helped us with our luggage and were very friendly at check-in. The rooms are comfortable, and the room service is excellent. Breakfast is both buffet-style and a la carte, and is of good quality. The hotel is close to tourist attractions. Recommended.

Great location and has parking. Room was ok. Very warm and AC didn’t really have an impact. Opening the window did but meant early morning noise. Breakfast selection was good. Nice welcome with explanation of the city. More than two coffee pods per day would have been nice!

We went here for lunch. It was organised by our cruise. It was part of our day trip to Salamanca. It was a tapas lunch. Very poor quality I thought. I expected so much more from a 5 star hotel.
