We recently had a group booking for our Managers and Sales Reps for Sales Training. This is nothing short of the perfect place to stay. Demi was amazing to deal with so helpful which made the booking process so easy. Great rates, accommodation was amazing and the variety of restaurants available at the club were great. Overall the staff, service, rates, facilities and location outstanding. Will definitely stay there again and can recommend highly. Thanks Demi and your team. It was only after I'd checked in that I discovered dining, and all facilities were at the Rugby League Club next door. Paying 5 star prices for a room next to a car park, and have to queue for 20 minutes in the food hall next door to order a dinner that was surprisingly expensive for a club. With all the usual sports commentary and Keno on TVs wherever you sit (and some areas designated not for under 18s - if you have children with you). Also a special mention for the bulk liquid soap in the rooms. I requested soap but it was not available. My hair felt drier after using their conditioner than it did before. It really feels like they're trying on every dodge to cut costs but still charging 5 star prices.

errible Experience – Unfair Bond Deduction I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. After my stay, the manager (Damien) claimed that a small amount of water on the carpet made the room unrentable for several days and withheld my $200 bond. This felt like a completely unreasonable excuse and more like a tactic to profit off guests unfairly. I found the management rude and unprofessional, and the entire situation left me feeling taken advantage of. It seems like they are more interested in squeezing money from customers than providing a fair and honest service. I would not recommend staying here be very cautious about the bond policy and how they treat their guests.
