- Daily breakfast is served in the Lobby from 7am to 11am and will resume at Verandah Restaurant once open.
- Verandah Restaurant will be temporarily closed and is expected to re-open in August 2026 (exact date to be confirmed)
- Children staying in double rooms eat and drink free of charge from the kids’ menu when dining with a paying adult.
- A$150 spa credit per package (select packages) can be used for any treatment from the standard menu at Namele Day Spa. Pre-booking is recommended. No minimum spend applies.

Construction noise is expected between 8am–4:30pm Monday to Friday, with works confined to the Verandah Restaurant and Erango Hut areas — both located away from guest accommodation and main leisure facilities. The refurbishment program is nearing completion, with the Verandah Restaurant anticipated to reopen in August (exact date TBC).The dive pool is permanently closed; the Family Pool serves as the resort’s main pool. All package dining inclusions remain redeemable at the Lobby Bar.
