I returned to the resort after 10 years. This time, I'm with my child. The remodeled rooms are comfortable and brightly lit, which is nice. The pool in the Busacon Wing is still beautiful. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel's location, service, and value for money are all excellent for a family vacation! The family room is adorable, and the children absolutely love it. The queen bed is very comfortable, and the rooms are cleaned daily with great attention to detail. The staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast is diverse, served in a spacious area, and very delicious. The kids' club is brand new and offers a wide range of activities. The children had so much fun there that they wanted to go every day. The swimming pools are large, with several available, and the environment is well-maintained. The hotel is located in Patong Beach but not in the noisy downtown area. It has a back gate that provides direct access to the beach, which is incredibly convenient! We had a wonderfully happy holiday time here.

Let me talk about the positives first. Excellent service and staff. All the staff are really kind and helpful. Overall positive ambiance and makes u feel relaxed. Great amenities, pool area kept very well. Food is so so, especially breakfast could be better in terms of food quality. The property has aged a fair bit so the rooms are maintained and okayish. Some of the switches may not work. Everything else is really nice.

Read this!!! Hotel scams guests. I booked a one-week stay for two adults and one child, breakfast included. I paid in my home currency in installments. When I checked in, they forced me to pay a breakfast fee for my daughter, claiming I had only paid for two people. It was an absurd amount, almost 20% of the daily rate. How could anyone book a hotel for three people and only have breakfast for two? This doesn't exist. They do it on purpose to force you to pay more, because in the end, the price is much higher and certainly wouldn't be worth it for what they offer. I was forced to pay in the local currency, including my country's taxes. The manager was incredibly rude, treated me terribly, and laughed in my face. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. I've stayed in over 100 hotels around the world. The ad said the room had two double beds, but when we got there, it was two single beds. My daughter slept on the floor. Dirty, musty hotel. Everything is terrible. They show several pools in the photos, but they are all private. There is only one pool for guests, not six as mentioned. Few beach chairs. I will never stay at a hotel of this chain again.
