We had the pleasure of spending 14 wonderful days at the Holiday Inn Resort Canggu, and from the very beginning, we felt like home. Every morning, we were warmly welcomed by Linda and the other super friendly colleagues of the breakfast team. Their genuine kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful service made each day start on a perfect note. Our daughter, in particular, was treated like a princess – something we will always remember with a smile. We especially loved our Family Suite, it was clean, spacious, and perfect for traveling with kids. Our daughter absolutely loved it, and we couldn’t recommend it more for families looking for comfort and convenience. The pool quickly became our favorite spot. We spent countless hours relaxing there, enjoying the sunshine, and being looked after by Yubi and the pool bar team. Their friendly service was exceptional – by the end of our stay, they knew exactly what we liked, without us having to say a word! A big thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so special. From housekeeping to hospitality, every detail was just right. You’ve created a place full of warmth and heart, and we can’t wait to come back.

Impressive! Didn’t expect it to be this good — the hotel feels fresh, bright, and full of life. Everything looks new and well-maintained. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay feel warm. Service is impressively quick and super helpful, from check-in to room requests. Breakfast is Delicious — lots of good options, (It can feel a bit repetitive if you’re staying too long) and even the americano is worth mentioning! The room was a bit small, but still comfortable and well-designed. Extra bonus: unlimited bottled water in the room and all the toiletries are from Dove, which is a really nice touch. What I loved the most? The free valet service — super fast and hassle-free! Will definitely come back!

Holiday Inn Canggu was such a vibe! The rooftop pool had an epic ocean view — perfect spot for sunsets and relaxing. The hotel isn’t right on the beach, but it’s just a short walk away, and the view from the top totally made up for it. The food? Absolute fire. Breakfasts and lunches were insanely good — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. Add comfy rooms and super friendly staff, and you’ve got the perfect Bali stay. Would totally come back!

I had such a happy 4-night stay here! Every staff member — from reception, housekeeping, bar, and restaurant — was professional and kind, leaving me with great memories of Bali. I’ll definitely come back next year. Room condition: Always clean, with excellent air conditioning (cool and not humid). Two bottles of water provided daily, along with 2 shower towels, 2 facial towels and 2 hand towels. I believe the TV supported YouTube and Netflix. Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are provided. However, no cotton pads, cotton swabs, toothbrush, or toothpaste. Breakfast: Impressively served until 11 AM, which is great for flexible schedules. I highly recommend the Chinese-style chicken porridge, Indonesian omelet, and Nasi Goreng. Portions are quite large, so it’s good to mix and match dishes from the buffet wisely. Pool/Bar: The pool closes at 7 PM and the bar at 10 PM — possibly out of consideration for 5th-floor guests. All cocktails were delicious, and the food was tasty with a guest discount. However, it would be nice to have some light snacks like nachos or fries. On the last day, the restaurant staff kindly prepared an iced coffee to-go for me — thank you! All the entrance staff greeted me with a smile and asked how I was each day, which warmed my heart. And shoutout to the entrance security team — always the best. 👍🏻 Truly the best hotel in Canggu!
