For a short family vacation, the hotel offers good, clean rooms. The breakfast is really very good. It's a bit noisy on the street side, and the metro stations are at least a 10-minute walk away. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop bar is magnificent.

Our stay here was really enjoyable. We stayed in a suite, it was clean and spacious with a nice view of the statue. The rooftop pool was the best part of our stay here being 40 degrees, some times of the day it can get quite busy with limited sun beds but there are other seating options at the bar. Theres also a small gym. The staff were very nice and made it a pleasant experience. The location was good we were close to a metro and bus stops so it was easy to get around. The food and drinks were nice, we didnt eat dinner here but had the pizza as a snack by the pool and the breakfast was nice.

We booked this hotel for a vacation trip to Lisbon (3 days/3 nights). To make it very clear, this is NOT a 4* hotel experience! It probably was 20-25 years ago, but this hotel is in serious need of upgrades. BOOKING (2/5): When I booked the hotel, it didn’t let me pay through the Holiday Inn app which is super shady. The staff then contacted me through email and I had to pay using a separate link they sent. We paid €150 euros per night (October) and this was non-refundable and without breakfast included! STAFF (4/5): Once we got there, the reception service as well as the room service during our stay was decent. No issues checking in. ROOMS (1/5): The rooms are old and outdated. The ventilation makes a ton of noise and woke us up a couple of times a night for the 3 nights/3 days that we were at the hotel. All the faucets in the bathroom spray jet streams except for the bidet, where you get a drizzle. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a bidet. Also, the lid wouldn’t stay up! The bathtub has a makeshift glass partition that doesn’t do squat and there was water spraying all over when we showered, made worse with the firehose streams from the shower head! The beds are good and comfortable. The TV is probably 20 years old, and barely 30”. That being said, you’d hardly watch tv on vacation, but still, it’s something expected when booking a 4* hotel. LOCATION (2/5): we were disappointed with the location as well. It is quiet and probably good for people here on a business trip. But for us, every location that a tourist would want to visit was far away where you either use multiple lines of public transport or uber. It adds to the trip cost, which is something to consider. Overall, I’d give it 2.5/5 rating. It’s okay, but not a 4* hotel!
