Excellent stay! We had a standard room which did not have a refrigerator or microwave but it did have an electric kettle which worked for us. Comfortable sleep. And its location is perfect. Breakfast was nice too. Highly recommend!

A nice hotel for a few nights' stay if you want to visit the city. Cleaning is great, but just a tip for housekeeping to always fill up the coffee and tea in the room. It does make a difference

Location: 5/5 Great location, everything you need to see as a tourist within the city was at walkable distances from this hotel! The area is safe and we had no issues with noise either Rooms: 3/5 The carpets were dirty and outdated. There are no safes within the rooms which makes it a big inconvenience for tourists. The toilet bowl had plumbing issues and the flush would splash so much water that we’d have to run a few feet away after pushing the button! The bed was comfortable, but the room size was small overall with just one additional chair to use as furniture. Service: 5/5 The staff was friendly and helpful.

Holiday Inn Express Porto City Centre is a great option for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a central location. The hotel is within walking distance of many of Porto’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and good soundproofing. The staff was friendly and professional, and the complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh options. While the room size was a bit compact, it was well-organized and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Unfriendly staff. Overall, a very good experience and a reliable choice for a city break in Porto.
