I had a great experience. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is really good. I had a couple early tours and they were so awesome and accommodated me for breakfast. Front desk attendant Josh was amazing. He recommended some excellent restaurants close by the hotel, it was a very safe area walking to everywhere. I would ask directions to places, and he was more than willing to help me out. It was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location. Safe at night. Quality people on the streets early morning and evening so that you can stay if you travel alone. Perfect underground location. You can reach metro at the end of the street and 1 station away to Victoria station. Hotel staff reads special requests before arriving and respond timely. They provided a room on 4th floor and it was silent. Generally the street is silent already. Single room was very small but it was okay for me. Wc was clean and there is House Keeping every day which is enough for me to choose. Staff always smile. Loved the pan cake machine on the breakfast room. I stayed in september so i cannot comment about room heat in winter but Air condition was modern already.

The room is clean and quiet, although quite small for the price. The quality of the cooked items at breakfast, such as bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, is not high. But I find the croissants and mandarins nice. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. The location is less than 5 minutes walk from Pimlico tube station, and 15 minutes walk from Victoria train station.

It's a good location for a short stay close to tube stations. Being single glazed windows made it noisey but understand it is a listed building. The breakfast room is FAR too small for the number of guests. Breakfast wasn't great burnt croissants coffee machine out of order. Cooked food was ok but lookwd dry. Kitchen staff very attentive though.
