Just know your way to the tunnel that literally takes you from Heathrow and takes you a 5 minute walk to the Aurora building/Crowne Plaza/Holiday Inn. I arrived after a long flight with a severe migraine, thus ended up just taking a cab to the wrong Holiday Inn (BATH ROAD ISN'T THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE OUT THERE LIKE ME, LOL) "T4 HOLIDAY INN" is what I heard the most when mentioning this place. The rooms, and particularly the front desk staff were 5-star, literally Ritz-Carlton level treatment at a Holiday Inn was quite the beautiful surprise, along with the festive Halloween atmosphere, authentic kindness (it's obvious to a previous front desk agent/any human really) when folks are fake- not here. Would stay here again for sure, but need a longer stay to enjoy London proper, as also to anyone reading and is as globally unaware as I, it's not London that youre thinking, it is the airport. Sort of like LAX to Hollywood, around same distance even. Anyway, the hotel way AMAZING, and looking forward to London just to be there (get a package including breakfast, you WON'T regret it!) 5 star in every way.

Perfect location for Terminal 3 and just a short taxi ride away. We parked our car for four nights and stayed on our departure and return nights, total cost £262. We paid separately and had an evening meal and breakfast, both meals really lovely and highly recommended. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff are just great and very helpful, but equally there is a self check in and out, which is really simple. We will stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel that I would stay at again. It is a short walk from Terminal 4 with easy access to Terminal 2. The hotel looks very new, modern and clean. The staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast is included which is very nice and also similar to what I have gotten at other Holiday Inns that I have stayed at. My wife and I also ate dinner in the Hotel Bar (Express Cafe) which was surprisingly good, but very expensive (25£ for a fish and chips, 3£80 for a diet coke) which I suspect is normal for a spot with limited access to restaurants (The hotel also shares a restaurant called the Urban Brassiere which I am told is very nice, but after a long day of travel, we wanted something simple) Order your food and the bar, and it is delivered to your table (quite quickly as a matter of fact). The hotel seems to share space with the Crown Plaza, elevators, lobby area (although it has its own front desk)
