Location says everything. Of course, the rooms are pleasant and tidy. It takes less than five minutes to get to the airport desk. If it's a morning flight next time, I'll definitely be here. The check-in staff is professional and friendly. The bar in the lobby is also very friendly. They were the kindest people I've ever seen in the UK. I feel like I'm in the same space with Crown Flava in between. If you're looking for an airport hotel, I recommend you here.

Very good hotel at Heathrow terminal 4. Stayed 2 nights at Holiday Inn Express before departure. it's very convenient to stay here as we could directly go to the Departure using the ramp. Our room had a good view of airport. Breakfast was standard with limited items. Overall our stay was quite good.

We stayed for four nights across two separate visits at the Holiday Inn Express at T3 while visiting the UK. I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. The staff really stood out—absolutely faultless both in person and during a couple of follow-up interactions after our stay. A special thanks to Kimberley for helping me retrieve my invoices. The breakfast was excellent, especially given that it was included in the rate, and the room was clean and functional. The walk to T3 and the underground station is really convenient, making it easy to get around. On our first stay, we had a runway view, which was fantastic—definitely ask for that if you can. Even facing the runway, the room was surprisingly quiet.

Great value for money in terms of ease of location for early morning flights. 5 minutes from Terminal 4 check-in, using covered walkway. Easy signage. Only negative is paying £27 for a vegan burger and Diet Coke.
