I recently had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn, and I wanted to specifically mention the fantastic service I received from Cloven at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Cloven was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process a breeze. It's staff like Cloven who make a huge difference in the overall guest experience. ​Beyond the excellent service, the hotel was very comfortable. My room was clean and well-maintained, and I had a great night's sleep. Thank you, Cloven, and the entire team for a truly pleasant stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable my room was. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and everything was spotless. The hotel amenities were excellent — the fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant. I had breakfast there every morning, and the food was delicious with plenty of options.

Lizzie was amazing, she was so sweet and so helpful! We had a long day and she made us feel just at home when we were checking in. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were super clean. The restaurant has great food too. The location is great, it is right next to Grand Central station, and a short walk from several tourist attractions with restaurants and convenience stores just across the street. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Belfast! Thank you again to the lovely team at this location!

Decent location. Approx 10-15 walk to city hall where you can pick up a hop on hop off tour bus, which is a great way to see the sights and get ideas where to go. 10 mins walk to bus / train station. 5 min walk to the famous crown saloon bar. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast with loads of choice. Rooms clean and comfortable bed. The only downside was that the shower trap was blocked with hair causing a flood, but reported to reception and other was dealt with efficiently.
