Our family of 5 people went on vacation from 8/23/25-8/31/25 We had very good and pleasant time. We really appreciated efforts of night manager Dan who helped us to change rooms with better location and front desk Sienna who was extremely helpful and polite during our stay. The hotel was clean, food was good, ocean and sand gorgeous, in all areas service was polite. We reconsider to come next year. It's a place for a good family vacation. Thank you for a wonderful vacation Polina B. and family

We were on a Carnival Cruise and took a taxi to get a massage in the cave which was great. We were able to purchase day passes for the resort because we booked massages. The resort was beautiful. The beach was great and to the left of the pool is a beachy area where the water is filled with fish. You can swim with the fishes !. Hot tub, pool and bar was excellent . The bartenders and bellman were very friendly and helpful.

An idyllic resort with guest only beach and facilities. The food is worth the price, and the seasonal specialities offer something a little different. The staff are all very welcoming and kind. The on-site cave-Spa is a real treat! The rooms are comfortable, the grounds are accessible and offer good views, some of the rooms have bay-side vistas. With good transportation connections if you choose to explore Bermuda further it's very easy to get about. To my mind this is a slice of tropical heaven, I've enjoyed the entire experience at Grotto Bay. Oh but that I could afford to, I'd return again and again.

So this resort is VERY pricey, and honestly, I feel it’s overpriced for what you get. We understand the high prices during Christmas. It’s listed as all-inclusive, so you assume the price you pay when booking covers everything. However, after you book, they send details explaining that you need to purchase an additional package to actually get the all-inclusive. They offer different meal packages but we chose breakfast and dinner since we planned to be out exploring during the day. The rooms themselves are fine, but part of the hotel near the maintenance area was under renovation with painting and construction, and we didn’t want to stay there. We asked to be moved from the lower section near the pool to the upper part by the main office/check-in area, which was much better. Overall, the service was good. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to the dining staff was pleasant. The bellhops stood out; they were especially helpful and really made our stay easier by assisting us with navigating Bermuda. The location is excellent it’s literally two minutes from the airport, and there’s a bus stop right out front. That made it so convenient to hop on and off buses to explore the island. Bermuda itself was stunning. The real highlight of this resort is the spa inside a cave and the other cave area where you can swim. That was such a unique and unforgettable experience. I don’t recommend this place for anyone with mobility issues. It’s a mountainous properties.
