Has an its own retail shops on level 3 and 4. Pool is amazing and opens till 11pm. Many parking lots in the basement carpark. Room was spacious and overall and very good stay.

An absolutely stunning hotel which is one of, if not, the best in Jeju. The staff are very helpful and took excellent care of us during our stay. Parking is a breeze - when you inform the staff of your vehicle's licence plate at check-in, it gets registered into the system automatically. The room is luxuriously appointed and the indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful. We used the spa which was excellent value for money and provided saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge, and several wellness rooms. The hotel is a huge highlight of our stay. We will definitely be back!

Everything went perfectly during my stay, except for one thing (see below). The hotel rooms and property are HUGE. Room service food and restaurant food were also delicious and presented beautifully. It was perfect until shortly after I checked out when I left my wallet in a taxi to the airport. With no way of contacting the driver, I went back to the airport for some help. The hotel concierge, staff, and security team did a great job checking CCTV footage for the license plate, contacting the taxi company, then contacting the driver. They sent my wallet over to my next hotel and nothing was missing. Thank you to everyone involved!

The hotel wasn't what I expected though I could have done more research beforehand. It felt like we were at a casino hotel in Macau. I wanted a more Korean hotel experience. The room was huge and very grand though. The dream tower is a nice concept and convenient but the execution made it look like a random mall, which I didn't feel it fits the image of Grand Hyatt.
