The hotel is excellent and a great value for the price. Rooms are extremely spacious and well-maintained. The view is wonderful. The soaking tub is very relaxing. The coffee and tea in the minibar are great. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. They had western and Asian choices with an endless choices of desserts.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed that! The value for the money is truly unmatched. Our room was gorgeous, I was stunned when we opened the door. It was extremely spacious with the best views of Jeju City one could ask for. We loved the shower, it was perfect water temp. The pool and amenities were amazing, we took so many photos of the sunset up there. The beds were comfortable. The room got nice and cool with the AC. Even the toilet was heated! We would come back to Jeju just to stay at this hotel, it was an amazing experience and we felt like true luxury!

Very large complex with many shops and restaurants inside the hotel. Relatively close, meaning walking distance to some popular restaurants but still many restaurants required a short taxi ride. That said, if you have access to the Grand Club, it is nice, has a nice view, and they provide good wines for free. Pool is small and green colored so looks like algae. Don’t recommend the pool. But facilities in general are nice.

5* for the hotel and beautiful views. We were upgraded to the sea view room and saw the sunset from our room every night. However, 1* for service. Firstly, we don’t speak Korean and speak English but the staff asked if we could speak Chinese instead. Secondly, our thermostat showed 25-26.5 degrees regardless of the AC temperature setting, so we requested for a thinner blanket as the down blanket was too hot. They did not have a thin blanket and sent an engineer to check on the AC but eventually said nothing is wrong and it is likely warm due to the high outdoor temperature.. Thirdly, when I called to request for late checkout as part of the Hyatt loyalist benefit, the staff immediately said no it was not possible as the hotel was full. I clarified and he said no again. As I was about to hang up, he said that he just checked and someone had previously put in a late checkout request which was approved a while back. Quite unprofessional. Hopefully their service can be better so that it can truly be a 5* experience.
