Glenayr Farm is nestled in the heart of New South Wales wine country, a stone’s throw from the historic town of Mudgee with its charming boutiques and gourmet eateries. The world-renowned Wollemi National Park is a scenic two-hour drive away if you’re looking to adventure further afield. The accomodation is approximately a four-hour drive from both Sydney Airport (SYD) and Newcastle Airport (NTL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Package Inclusions: Inclusions are correct at the time of purchase. Refer to your booking confirmation for details. Please note package inclusions for extra guests vary depending on the rate selected, please choose your package carefully.

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Please Note:

  • Check-in days are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only, please contact Glenayr Farm for more details.
  • There is one jacuzzi shared between the four glamping tents and is an optional add on for a fee of A$100. If one party does not occupy all glamping tents, the jacuzzi will be allocated for exclusive use to the first booking party only.
  • Both villas are equipped with their own private jacuzzi.
  • Each tent has the same amenities, bedding and decor. Names differ for booking purposes only.
  • All glamping tents and villas have linen provided.
  • A complete fire ban is applicable from December to March annually due to the high fire risk. The fire pit and barbeques will be inoperable during this period and during total fire ban days outlined by the NSW Rural Fire Service.

Important: The hotel, transportation and/or destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your departure.

As a young family of five, we needed a space to breathe, drop all of our daily stresses and enjoy each other. Our stay at Glenayr was BLISS. A quiet happy play to roam free without devices and noise. Thank you for creating a small slice of heaven! We will definitely be back! 🩷

Had such an amazing stay at Glenayr Farm in Shiraz tent. Everything was so well thought through to make our stay so cosy, comfortable and relaxing. Rachel was super helpful when we asked for help with the hot tub. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a little chill time in a beautiful setting, close enough to all the wineries but peaceful enough to enjoy a few days off grid.

We had an unforgettable stay at Glenayr Farm - a true home away from home. My husband and I were looking to disconnect and unwind and Glenayr Farm was the perfect off-the-grid escape. We loved starting our own fires, soaking in the hot tub listening to music, drinking local wine and being surrounded by natures - kangaroos, cows, sheep, ducks and even rabbits outside our door. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking and made each evening feel magical. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to slow down and reconnect.

A Magical Escape into Nature’s Embrace by Alex Zhdanov We were incredibly lucky to spend a few unforgettable days at Glenayr Farm, staying in one of their stunning villas. It was everything we dreamed of — a peaceful escape from the chaos of the outside world, an opportunity to reconnect with nature, and to truly slow down. From the moment we arrived, we felt the magic of this place. The villa was beautifully designed — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. But the true gift was the absence of noise, notifications, and the internet. It allowed us to just be — to wake up with the sun, to soak in the stillness, and to breathe deeply under the open skies. We were mesmerized by the sunrises and starry nights, which we enjoyed from our private hot tub under the sky — a moment of bliss both in the quiet morning and again beneath a sky full of stars. Watching kangaroos bounce by and cows visit near the villa added a warm, rustic charm to the whole experience. But what truly elevated this trip to something unforgettable was meeting Rachel, the heart and soul behind Glenayr Farm. She personally gave us a tour of the property and shared her incredible vision for weddings at the estate. Her passion, creativity, and dedication to creating a space where people can celebrate love and nature deeply touched me. I don’t often meet people as inspired and inspiring as Rachel — it was an honour. I am beyond grateful for this experience and for Rachel’s warm hospitality. Glenayr Farm is more than just a place to stay — it’s a magical corner of the world, lovingly created to help people reconnect with themselves and each other.
