I loved most everything about the hotel, except the room was too hot and the TV didn't work. We asked for them to fix the issues and it didn't happen. We also had a very noisy room. It would be a good idea to offer guests earplugs. The traffic of a very busy city can be very loud especially if you have to open your window to cool the room down. We loved the Gold members guest's breakfast in the penthouse. That was awesome! The heated bathroom floor is an elegant touch. The bathtub is a bit slippery. After falling in a slick tub, I am very conscious of tubs. A bath mat being available would fix the issue. There are not enough outlets available by both sides of the bed.

Wonderful stay for our first time in Calgary. After a booking error they swiftly upgraded us and moved our items while we were out. Jameson was super helpful keeping me posted via text. The gold level was a great experience and worth the extra cost. It includes a lovely penthouse lounge with breakfast and evening snacks. Sammy was also exceptional but the whole staff was friendly and outstanding. Location is perfect, I self parked and never needed the car for 4 days.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this wonderful property. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the entire team. Every staff member—from top management to housekeeping—was courteous, attentive, and always eager to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts one could ask for. It truly felt like a home away from home. One small suggestion would be to include a few more options for vegetarians in the breakfast menu. However, this did not take away from the overall fantastic experience. Overall, I would gladly give the highest rating for service, comfort, and hospitality. Looking forward to returning again!

Bed is very comfy, nice bedroom climate, can't get the shower to not drip all night, very disturbing. Check in lady was nice by the look on her face, unfortunately there is a party close to the reception that was super loud and I can't hear a single word of what she was saying. Complimentary breakfast, they said my group of 2 can take any order from the breakfast menu for free. Well, we still ended up paying over a hundred dollars, worse being we are charged for a mixed fruit order on our bill but was not brought to the table, we let the server know when we are about to leave and they just kinda like "oh let me bring that" no apologies, whatsoever. Otherwise, every staff had a really big 5 star smile on their faces.
