I had such a great time at Spectrum Buffet at Fairmont! The place is super spacious, clean, and really nicely decorated, which made it feel so comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. There was plenty of time to enjoy the food without feeling rushed, and everything tasted fresh and high-quality. The dishes looked great and had a bit of a fancy touch, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal and I’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a classy buffet with a relaxed vibe!

I had a beautiful weekend at the Fairmont hotel with my husband. The room was perfect, the bed was really comfortable and spacious. Shower products were also incredible ! The panoramic view from the room was like a dream especially during the sunset. We ate at the buffet for the diner, the diversity and the quality of the food impressed me. The staff was lovely, warm and always available to help us. We went for a walk at Han River witch is really near from the hotel ! Don’t miss crepe Suzette for the desert ;)

Very professional experience from arrival until departure! The staff was very friendly and cared about any questions or concerns I may have had. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Diane made our check in a breeze and gave us recommendations to explore. Sunny was a staple in the lobby, very personable in our conversation and helpful as we departed. She walked us to our taxi and spoke to the driver on our behalf. She will make a great hotel Ambassador one day! Thomas was also very kind and helpful each time we would see him as we departed or returned to the hotel. We enjoyed the conversation with him as well. The spa was great! I got a massage and mini facial during my stay. So calming and relaxing. The room was very spacious and the view was amazing. Great hotel, we will return!

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for three nights, and not a single day did the toilet work properly. Even just a small flush with toilet paper wouldn't go down. We asked for maintenance, but the fix would only last for about two flushes before it got clogged again. I seriously don't understand how this room is even available. All for the sake of profit—completely UNETHICAL. For three whole nights, I didn’t dare to do a number two in the room and had to go all the way to the lobby bathroom instead. Is this supposed to be five-star quality? And it doesn't stop there. On the first night, when I lifted the blanket, I found an orange stain on the inside—clearly an oily food stain. It immediately made me question: do you guys even change your sheets between guests? The worst part? I reported this to the front desk that night, but since it was late, I figured they could change it the next day during housekeeping. I even reminded the staff in the morning before leaving the room. And guess what? I came back at night and the sheets were still not changed!!!!!!!! What kind of terrible service is this? Finally—after enduring all of this—on the last night, the toilet was still clogged, and after two nights, the sheets were finally changed. But just when I thought the nightmare was over, I found a pair of eyeglasses on the bedside table. What does that mean? Did the maintenance guy take a nap on our bed? Or was it the cleaner? Putting glasses on a nightstand is something people usually do when they’re getting comfortable to rest—especially since it was on the inner side of the bed, not just tossed casually. That’s seriously disgusting. We checked out early the next morning to catch a flight, and I reported all of this to the front desk. The staff said they would "investigate and get back to us." Unsurprisingly, we’ve heard nothing since. I'm sharing my experience to warn others, definitely stay away from this hotel. Don't say I didn't warn you.
