Dedary Resort

Dedary Resort is perfectly situated in Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali, just a short 25-minute drive from the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary and Ubud Palace. The resort is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Denpasar, the island’s capital, and Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026. On this day airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort is unavailable.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Wonderspace Dining Credit: The included Wonderspace dining credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Available for redemption at participating venues only. No minimum spend. For a full list of participating venues, visit https://thewonderspace.com/brand.
• Daily breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner are served in villa. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10.30am, lunch is served from 12pm to 4pm and dinner is served from 6pm to 9pm. Lunch and dinner are served as a two-course menu and should be booked in advance.
• Daily afternoon tea is available from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and served in villa. It includes Balinese tea or coffee and sweet or Balinese cake.
• Floating breakfast is served from an a la carte menu and must be booked in advance. Experience will be served in villa.
• The Jungle Club located at Jl. Jaga Raga No.8A, Celuk, Ubud includes entry and a signature cocktail per adult. Transport from the hotel to the day club is not included.
• Daily beer is served in-villa.
• Balinese massage must be reserved in advance at Svaha Spa. The spa is open from 2pm to 9pm.

Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Roundtrip private airport transfer, English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one 330ml bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger van can fit six pieces.
• An infant seat can be pre booked at IDR35,000 per seat each way, or guests can bring their own.
• The driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After then, transfer will be considered cancelled.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Included: Entry to Tropical Temptation Beach Club’s bar stool seating area, one cocktail per adult (18+), per package (valued up to IDR250,000) and a 35% discount on the minimum spend for upgrades including lounges, VIP area seating & private cabanas.
• Guests can enter free of charge when presenting their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on arrival (subject to availability).
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking beds or cabanas to avoid disappointment. Please note, an IDR30,000 online booking fee applies. Upgrades are subject to both a 10% tax and 8% service fee.

• 35% discount on upgrades is valid for the minimum spend on beds/seating only, and does not apply for optional add-ons such as towels.
• Included cocktail does not include shared cocktail options.
• Tropical Temptations Beach Club is a cashless venue.
• Guests must arrive on time for booking times. Seating/beds will be held for 15-minutes, and released if guests do not arrive within this time without any further notice.
• Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmations/ID must be provided on arrival at reception.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed within the premises.
• Inflatable pool toys are not permitted.
• Transfers are not included.
• 100% cancellation fee applies for confirmed table bookings.

• Includes: Access to Luxury Escapes departure lounge, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine
• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
