The room was good and spacious with the usual stains from previous guests. Teresa was the best part of my stay. I walked into here as I wasn't suited to drive home and she was expressed how happy she was that I looked out for my own safety. She greeted me with a smile in the morning as I passed for breakfast and asked how I was feeling. Great hotel to stay at. Great service for the full breakfast as well.

The hotel is clean, in a good location close to Disney World, plenty of restaurants, and a nice small pool with a slide for kids. We will not return to this hotel given that management charged us $160 a night plus tax during August and refused to include breakfast free of cost. We had to pay $23 per person for breakfast. That is pricey for a 3 star hotel.

I gave this hotel 3 stars. There were many things I liked about this hotel. I chose it because it has balconies, and I love that indoor and outdoor feeling. They also have a breakfast buffet, and the pool has a sliding board that was so fun. But I had a few issues. After coming back from the park, I wanted to come back to a clean room with fresh towels, but housekeeping didn’t clean my room. I found a lady in the hallway, and she gave me towels and garbage bags so I could take out my own trash, but I was so tired from walking around the theme park, I didn’t feel like cleaning anything. Also, my bathroom sink was clogged, and on the first day, my A.C. didn’t get that cool. I called the front desk, and I think they fixed it while we were out because the sink was fine and the A.C. was cooler later. Overall, the hotel was clean, and everyone who worked there had great customer service. For the price, it wasn’t bad. It’s only about a 20-minute drive from the park, and there are many food places around. There’s even a plaza right next door within walking distance with more food and shops. It wasn’t a bad stay, just a few small mishaps. Thank you so much for watching.

The sliding bathroom doors are not good. I got stuck in the bathroom and had to wait for my husband to come back from the pool to get out. The bath faucet was loose so we ended up taking a cold shower. The people who work there were fantastic though. My kids loved the pool and slide.
