I quite enjoyed my stay here, and would stay again. I'm giving it 5 stars for what you get for the price point. Some random thoughts about my stay- $16 and change per day to park a car. Not impressed with that considering it's just a normal, mostly empty parking lot. No cover, no gate, no security. Rooms were decent and modern, all the rooms have a balcony, mine only had one chair when I noticed most all the others had 2 chairs. That wasn't a problem because it was just me. Dropped my phone while laying in bed and when I reached to pick it up I had grabbed a sock from someone else's stay- yuck. Didn't see a in room safe, no pens or paper. No sofa or love seat, just one chair at a desk. No microwave in room but there is one in the hallway where the ice machine is. Had a room with 2 queen beds. After the second night I had to switch beds because it was hurting my lower back. There was a dip in the bed around my waist like the mattress had never been rotated or just needs to be tossed at this point. Second bed was much better. Didn't have too much of an issue with noise, although that might have been luck. I could hear music quite clearly from the room next door, mainly from the area where the connecting doors are. Location is pretty good but depending on time of day, expect high traffic if you're trying to turn left out of here trying to get to disney. 10-15 min just to get to the entrance of Disney Springs off 535. Walking, well it depends where you go- you need to cross about 12 lanes of traffic each way to get to the 7 eleven. Shuttle service, while I didn't use it, seems quite poor. Only goes to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. Also a heads up- this hotel allows dogs so if you're allergic or don't want to hear barking, this might not be the place for you. Luckily, even though I saw 4 or 5 different dogs during my stay I didn't hear any barking.

Definitely would recommend this hotel if you want to stay off resort while visiting Walt Disney World. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking easy checking in and out. The rooms were clean. They have balconies available. We were able to catch the fireworks that were over the magic Kingdom from the balcony so cool !Rooms are spacious no crowding. They even have an area in the room to utilize as a desk, but no working this trip.!!! They have an awesome pool with a slide fun times for all . The waterfall is awesome. The pool area is totally inviting and relaxing. There was a hot tub at one time, but no more….. they offer a hot breakfast buffet. There is a full service bar. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of other restaurants and even a convenience store close by. If you are looking for a good reasonable, nice clean hotel this one gets five stars definitely recommend to any and all that are in the Orlando area.

WOW. Our first US trip (Orlando) was beyond amazing thanks to Renee, Adarius [+Sebastian]! We travelled in August, coming from London. From the get-go, they were super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, giving fantabulous suggestions for activities and making the fam feel more than welcomed. There was a small hiccup with my mum’s room the first night, but they handled it instantly and even followed up to make sure the rest of our stay remained perfect. The hotel itself is fantastic—spacious rooms, a gorgeous pool, and really good buffet options. Daily housekeeping, sometimes twice a day, kept everything spotless, so service was flawless throughout. Adarius, Renee and Seb truly made this trip the best family vacation to date. Seriously, they deserve a parade—can’t recommend this place enough as it's very close to major attractions; Disney, SeaWorld, Universal etc so easy to get around.

Honestly, the staff was great. The pool area was cool because it had a small slide that goes tru the waterfall. It also had a fair size gym. The rooms were okay due to the door of our room, which looked like it was kicked all crack, but the roo.m was clean. We had a balcony but not much to look at. We got the room due to the fact that it was close to Epcot and half hour away from the airport for a fair price! The bartender was awesome
