My stay at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul was excellent from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the check-in process was smooth, even though we reach there earlier than our expected time but they provided us space to keep our luggage and provide us rooms within an hour . The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with great attention to cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh choices. The hotel’s facilities, including the spa, fitness center, and pool, made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient for exploring Istanbul, while still being peaceful and relaxing inside the hotel. Overall, it was a perfect experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location just away from all the peak hustle bustle of sultanahmet. It is about 10-15 min walk from the grand bazaar. The lobby areas are brilliant, the breakfast excellent and I got upgraded to a suite which was very spacious. The staff are great, in particular Murat and Fatima on reception. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is located in a very convenient place, especially for visitors to historical landmarks. It is also ideally situated for public transport and shopping. The service is excellent. The rooms are cozy, and the air conditioning works well. Breakfast is good, offering a wide and fresh variety of food. Room service is provided promptly, keeping the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly. I plan to visit again. Pan pan is very good for cleaning thanku very much .

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul Old City Hotel and had a fantastic experience throughout. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given a clear overview of the services available during our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the T1 Metro Tram Line, which made getting around the city really convenient. The staff were always helpful and courteous—nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks to Omer from Room Service, who ensured our room was clean, fresh, and perfectly prepared every day when we returned from exploring the city. We chose the Bed and Breakfast option, and the breakfast was superb. There was a wide range of both hot and cold foods, and we especially enjoyed the freshly made omelettes prepared right in front of us by one of the chefs. Although I was aware that the hotel offered a spa and swimming pool, I didn't get the chance to use them as we were out most of the day and too tired by the time we got back—but it's a great option to have available. The bed was very comfortable, which really helped after long days of sightseeing. I had read in other reviews that traffic noise was an issue for some guests, but I can honestly say it didn’t affect our sleep at all. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would happily return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.
