Its beautiful clean hotel. Staff are friendly always ready to help. Pan Pan was our cleaner, she always cleaned our room spotless always made sure that all new towels and bed covers were replaced. Our snacks were also stocked up every day. I thank Pan Pan for all her help and hard work. From Mr and Mrs Mansuri

The Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Old City is a welcoming hotel with spacious rooms and a convenient location right by the tram. Our room was spotless thanks to Kimel’s excellent housekeeping. We also enjoyed happy hour in the lounge, where Zin Thy gave outstanding service with a warm smile, even during busy times. Staff throughout the hotel are truly five-star—we’d happily stay here again!

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul was excellent from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the check-in process was smooth, even though we reach there earlier than our expected time but they provided us space to keep our luggage and provide us rooms within an hour . The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with great attention to cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh choices. The hotel’s facilities, including the spa, fitness center, and pool, made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient for exploring Istanbul, while still being peaceful and relaxing inside the hotel. Overall, it was a perfect experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The service and staff were very warm, polite, and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff. They were extremely warm, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they always greeted me with a smile, offered suggestions, and were quick to help whenever I needed assistance. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome, and truly appreciated the genuine kindness and effort they put into ensuring guests had a good experience. The exterior of the hotel and common areas also looked nice and gave a good first impression. However, I was very disappointed with the state of the room. The bathroom was outdated and unfortunately not well maintained-there was visible mould in areas such as the door, wall, and grout. For a property under the Crowne Plaza brand, I had higher expectations of cleanliness and upkeep. While the staff and service were excellent, the room condition did not meet the standard I associate with Crowne Plaza.
