Had a fabulous stay on Friday night, all staff so friendly, came with my partner for a show at the Hydro and booked a night pretty much last minute. We got the high floor king room with river view which was probably the best view from the hotel looking over the Clyde. Rooms were specious and immaculate, beds comfortable and just over all a lovely relaxing stay! We didn’t eat but we will be sure to be booking the dinner bed and breakfast deal next time. Special shout out to Jamie on reception the welcoming smile and kindness from you all from the beginning was 10-10. Thanks again, we will be back soon.

Just back from an overnight stay. Fab hotel. We were going to concert at the OVO. Great location for it. It is literally round the corner from it. Check in and out was easy and fast. Kathleen was amazing so helpful and friendly. She remembered us in the morning when checking out too which was amazing considering how busy it was. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the bar and service was quick and meal was fab. Breakfast was great too. Fab Team keeping things running like clock work . Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room great too. We stayed in Room 210. It was quiet and great sized room. Fridge was bonus.

I have stayed in the hotel a few times for work. The staff are amazing. The service is second to none. The food selection is great at both breakfast and dinner. Small well equipment gym with pool,jacuzzi,sauna and steam room. You couldnt ask for more really. I would have given 6 stars if I could 😁

Overall, the hotel was good. The staff when I checked in was friendly. They were down an elevator which caused some headaches at times, but not really a big deal. The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The only negative I ran into was room service. I ordered food and they said it would be 20-30 minutes. Then, an hour later I called because the food had not arrived. It felt like the person on the phone didn't see this as an issue and wasn't sure why my food wasn't out yet. My food came after another 20 minutes and was good. I think that better communication could have happened, if the kitchen was running behind or other issues happened. Again, overall a good time and I would stay here again.
