I held an event at crown plaza yas island ballroom for my daughter’s graduation party. I would like to say that the service was great, everything was perfect and managed very well. Special thanks to Menwa, event coordinator for organising the event. Also special thanks to Mali, the manager. She was very hospitable and I’m very grateful for her service. The whole staff were very professional, kistel, Vanessa and rojita. The food service and the cake was really good and all the guests were satisfied with the food, special thanks to the chef Ihsan for the catering.

I am having a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi so far! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, the service is excellent, and the location is perfect — close to all major attractions. I also want to give a special shoutout to Asad, who works in housekeeping. He is extremely professional and attentive, and he really goes above and beyond to keep everything spotless. Thanks to him, the room felt immaculate and welcoming every day. Highly recommend this hotel and definitely appreciate the wonderful staff!

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was pleasant overall, with several positives worth mentioning. The property is clean, spacious, well-maintained, and aesthetically appealing. The staff is helpful. As vegetarians, we truly appreciated that the menu clearly mentioned vegetarian and eggless options — a thoughtful detail that reflects genuine consideration for diverse guests. The location and view is amazing, offering a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. The shuttle service to Yas Island was convenient and well-organized. Loved the rooms a lot!! However, a few aspects could be improved to match the expectations of a five-star experience. The bathroom lacked a lock, and the transparent glass window near the bathtub, along with adjustable shades from the outside, compromised privacy and comfort. Could have been designed better for the privacy of the users. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and enjoyed our stay here. Thank You.

Rooms are tired and require attention like hard to open doors. Service is as expected given how busy the place is workers are doing their best to serve the huge amounts of guests. So you don’t get the personal touch. It’s lost in the crowds. Location is excellent on Yas island to attend the theme parks. Overall 3 nights stay was as expected just very dirty inconsiderate guests which is likely their cultural background. Using their hands to pick up food from buffets. Sam Ray our housekeeper was excellent he made our stay very pleasant as he cleaned and attended to our room. Thank you Sam Ray your doing a great job. In Overall workers are extremely helpful and appreciate their help. Very good staff. 2 thumbs up.
