크라운 플라자 호텔은 우리 가족의 아부다비 여행을 편안하고 즐겁게 만들어 줬다. 편안한 가족 여행이 되기 위해 호텔이 가능한 선에서 방을 업그레이드 해주었으며, 필요한 것을 요청시 친절히 대응해주었다. 특히 MONIRUL의 세심한 HOUSE KEEKING은 우리가 크라운 호텔로 부터 얼마나 애정어린 돌봄을 받고 있는지 알게 해 주었다. 다음에 아부다비에 오게 되면 또 크라운 호텔에 올 것이다.

Rooms are tired and require attention like hard to open doors. Service is as expected given how busy the place is workers are doing their best to serve the huge amounts of guests. So you don’t get the personal touch. It’s lost in the crowds. Location is excellent on Yas island to attend the theme parks. Overall 3 nights stay was as expected just very dirty inconsiderate guests which is likely their cultural background. Using their hands to pick up food from buffets. Sam Ray our housekeeper was excellent he made our stay very pleasant as he cleaned and attended to our room. Thank you Sam Ray your doing a great job. In Overall workers are extremely helpful and appreciate their help. Very good staff. 2 thumbs up.

I would like to share my appreciation for housekeeping staff Ravindra. During my stay, he always ensured that my room was perfectly clean and well-arranged. His attention to detail, polite behaviour, and positive attitude made me feel very comfortable. Every day he greeted with a smile and provided service beyond expectation. It is rare to see such dedication and commitment in hospitality. I truly value his hard work and sincere efforts. I request the management to recognize his efforts and his excellent service, as he truly deserves appreciation
