Getting to Phu Quoc is easy. Regular flights are available with Jetstar, Vietnam Airlines and more, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of 12 hours with minimum one stopover.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of six hours with minimum one stopover), Hong Kong (approx flight time of three hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 17 hours with minimum one stopover) and Bangkok (approx flight time of two hours).

The resort is approximately 12-minutes’ drive from Phu Quoc International Airport. Convenient return airport transfers are included in your package. Please contact the resort directly to arrange your transfers.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Deluxe Room – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people. Extra guests, children and babies cannot be accommodated.

Deluxe Suite – Packages are valid for two adults and up to three children.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is five adults or two adults and three children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: Up to three additional guests (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of VND 1,175,000 per person, per night, sleeping on existing bedding or a rollaway bed with accommodation, breakfast and airport transfers only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to three children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, breakfast, daily lunch or dinner and airport transfers only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge on request.
