My family and I stayed in Room 319 and had a great experience. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful, and I especially enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. The ocean is very close, which made it easy to spend time by the water. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and well-kept, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit 249, is on level 12 as great views and location to central Surfers Paradise is great. The appartment has had a partial make over. Floors and living areas are modern and tidy. Walls have been painted but have some dirty marks that make them look uncared for or cleaning crew is cutting corners. Kitchen cupboards are very tired and need replacing some doors have been removed. Bathrooms are in major need of a renovation. The mould in the shower screens is very off putting and makes the experience feel unclean. Bathroom cabinets need to be replaced also as some panels are swollen due to damage and moisture ingress. Build up of grime around taps also is off putting.

Great apartment, lovely place to stay, good amenities, have stayed here on numerous occasions. However, woke up to painters on the balcony without any notice given prior to or on checkin that this will be happening and still charged full price! We sleep with our blinds open, only to wake up to painters on our balcony looking in while we are sleepingand waking up, luckily we do not sleep naked. Mentioned it to reception, and nothing done about it.

Great location. The room was dated, not only that but it was unclean(sticky carpet, dirty bathrooms, unkept kitchen, stained couches). We arrived and the smoke detector was beeping as it was old and needed replacing, we informed reception and they addressed it. However when the building was evacuated at 3am for a false alarm we assume this may be a regular activity. Generally it needs a refresh!
