“I stayed at BreakFree Imperial Surf on the 30th floor and the views were absolutely stunning – waking up to the ocean and city skyline every day was unforgettable. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, making it really comfortable for my stay. The location is perfect – right across from the beach and just a short walk to shops, cafes, and restaurants in Surfers Paradise. The facilities like the pool and spa were also great to relax in after a day out. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I’d highly recommend BreakFree Imperial Surf for anyone visiting the Gold Coast.”

Our stay at BreakFree Imperial Surf was relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had amazing ocean views. The location was perfect—close to the beach, shops, and public transport. Staff were helpful and check-in was smooth.

We loved the apartment, it was nicely renovated, beautiful view of the ocean. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the kids loved the inside heated pool and spa. It was so close to everything that we where able to walk most of the time.

Staff here is rude and unfriendly. They do not want to help at all. Ive stayed at many hotels in my life and I know what a good customer service look like. Extremely rude people. Cockraches running in the room. Was there for 2 nights and saw plenty! Dirty rooms. Plenty if other places to stay on the same road so avoid this place. I dont mind if property is old but if the staff is unfriendly and unwilling to help thats a No No! My trip was ruined 😔
