The location and the standard of the room were excellent. The easy access to the facilities was also good. It met my expectations and offered even more. This was the first time I booked directly through the accommodation's website instead of using a third party, and it was great and easy. The only minor inconvenience we experienced was on a windy day there was a whistling sound from the balcony door. I have tried to upload the vidoe, google causing an issue as the inside images do not do it justice.

We had great time, thanks team. The décor is a bit old-fashioned, but the place is kept very clean. Considering the very affordable price, we knew what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. Overall, a great value for money and an enjoyable stay. We’d love to stay in a full ocean-view unit on our next visit.

We loved the apartment, it was nicely renovated, beautiful view of the ocean. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the kids loved the inside heated pool and spa. It was so close to everything that we where able to walk most of the time.

We experienced a disappointing time at Imperial Surf, We were given a sub-standard unit 11A, after calling and booking direct a Deluxe 2 Bedroom and being told it was fully renovated… 11A was not renovated and had a terrible stench and we could stay in that below standard unit. So we went to reception and kindly asked to be moved to a renovated Unit or please refund our payment ….. We were then offered 7B which was a quantum leap from 11A… BUT the first time we tried the hot water tap all we got was luke warm water !!!!!! so back down to reception to report that the water is only warm, so after several hours the handyman came to have a look ….anyway the short story is he called a plumber who walked him through how to fix the hot water system… Anyway this was not a relaxing holiday until all this issues where satisfied …
