Really enjoyed our stay wish it was longer. The complex was ideally located within walking distance to shopping centre and beach. The amenities were amazing and loved our one bedroom apartment with an outdoor space to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend and will definitely return.😊

I have stayed here a number of times because it is so nice. So kid friendly it’s kid heaven! The pools are amazing 2 giant pools one warm one colder + 2 spas (one cozy cave spa one open spa) and the kids pools are great. The whole resort feels like a tropical paradise! The best part for the kids is there is a playground for the kids right next to the pool and barbecue area! We always stay in apartment 95 and I would definitely recommend requesting this apartment. It’s clean and nicely renovated and has a great big balcony to sit and have some drinks in the afternoon as the sun goes down. It is only a short walk to the beach and short walk to Oasis (Main restaurants and shops) and a very short walk to pacific fair as well which is one of the best shopping centres I’ve ever been to. It is also a great walk down to Mermaid beach as well. Would 100% recommend staying here if you want the North Queensland tropical resort vibe but in the heart of Broadbeach!

Staff friendly, its a shame the rooms are a very dirty and dated. The electronic lock on the complex entrance was broken and appeared to been like that for a long time, the pool area was nice and appeared to be only place they looked after. No room service have to go ask for towels and toilet paper etc Location is good right near beach - rooms need attention and cleaning properly, if they did that would be a great place
