We didn’t stay, we booked a large table at the Restaurant. The staff were really nice and quite relaxed considering how busy it was and how many people were complaining at them. The bar manager needs to step up - his staff were coping it. Maybe more staff on??? Maybe free drinks to those that waited “an hour for 4 cocktails” rather than blame the docket system. Our drinks were great our food was fast and good! They were great with the cake we bought in. This is for the owners/management- your staff we're struggling in that small bar space. You pack people in but the facilities don’t match the size and quantity the venue can hold. Get a manager who can sort it out and take some Leadership. Nothing on the guy, he did nothing wrong but maybe just not up for the task or maybe his feedback wasn’t listened too.

Beautiful resort. Great pools especially the one with slides the kids loved it. The food was nice but a bit pricey and has to be eaten in the restaurant no room service. Overall a good stay

We stayed in Aanuka as we were attending a wedding at the resort. It was a perfect setting for the wedding festivities and we loved the tropical gardens. The location is private, quiet and close to the beach. My only negative is the unit 12 we were in, is dated & there wasn’t any shade covering the glass ceiling in the bathroom. This made the bathroom so hot and we couldn’t keep any of our toiletries in there as it was like a sauna!

expectations were high for a quick lunch,service was polite, but lacking in attention, the burgers were dry and overcooked, and the pizzas arrived with greaseproof paper underneath, both guest that ordered pizzas said the paper was doing a sterling job ! The resort in great spot was going through some renovations, and yet still showed an absence of care/ attention to detail - cordoning off an area doesnt stop the empty papercups and debris invisible, and the white beach type stones were used to partially cover the pathways ? why partially? every was just ok, everything just missed the mark a little - when you go to a resort- even just for a lunch it should be a treat - it wasn't.
