What a beautiful hotel with the most incredible views. We spent 5 nights here and loved it. The staff were incredibly helpful and just generally lovely. The hotel app was great for communicating with the concierge. They responded quickly and dealt with anything we needed them to. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Food at the pool and restaurants was also very good and plenty of variety. The pool area was lovely and lovely to have the option to sit on the deck over the sea and swim in the sea too. We also paddle boarded and snorkelled on the hotel reef. We saw the most incredible sea life just snorkelling. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Staff is outstanding. All staff members are super kids friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Has gluten-free and lots of vegetarian options. Snorkeling reef is really nice lots of fish. I wish the staff could clean up.thenplastic rubbish more often daily. Other than that we loved our stay.

Great views from the hotel and the rooms are spacious and high standard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is versatile and offers good quality, however the breakfast buffet is way overpriced (3x more expensive than a la carte breakfast). The private island tour is nice, however in general you feel everything is being monetised and standardised, which is a pity. Room cleaning starts at 8:30 in the morning because it’s needed for the schedule, unless you instruct the front office otherwise. An airport transfer is 5x more expensive than getting a taxi at the airport yourself, which is just one example how everything that you expect from a 5 star hotel comes at an outrageous additional price. Overall a fine experience, however considering the price and the 5 star - not living up to the expectations.
