- Spa credit (Full Board Rate) is valid for treatments above AED500 each. The included AED100 credit per adult must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Spa age restrictions: Children aged 12-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult in a couples’ treatment room. Children under 12 are not permitted.
