This hotel is great, the rooms have everything you need! central location, the train station is across the road you could not get any closer than that. staff are friendly and very helpful, accommodating to guests individual requirements. only let down is the bed isn't the comfiest I found it quite hard to lie on and had a sore back when I woke up in the morning but for 2 nights it didn't overly bother me...

Just WOW! Great room - spotless! Kitchen was really useable - all you need available. Very nice people working at this place (including the owner ☺️). We enjoyed our entire stay very much!

The hotel is a stone throw away from the Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) and 6 minutes walking distance from the inner city (Soegestrasse) - perfectly located. About 25 minutes driving from the airport. The area around the Central Train Station is a bit shady (for German standards), but it is not even close to New York or San Francisco and we never felt unsafe. Underground parking is available in the next building for approximately Euro12.00/day. Value for your money is very good. The rooms were clean and all felt like an almost new built. Mattresses are great - not too hard, not too soft - just right. Other than a couple of minor hiccups that were eventuell fixed (lamp in the bathroom, TV) everything was great. Should be 4.5 stars, but that is not available, so we round it off to 5. Unless the price explodes, we will definitely be back!

During my stay at the hotel since the first day and today I am on my second day I noticed that the hotel is bad in terms of the air conditioning in the rooms and the treatment of the staff and the lack of consistency between the reservation data and what is actually there. I hope they choose a better staff and the goal is to meet the needs of the customer. Thank you.
