A very nice hotel located in the city center. The main train station is right outside, and most of Bremen's sights are within walking distance. The breakfast is beautifully presented and plentiful, with something for everyone. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very nicely furnished, with a small kitchen and a bed that can be folded away into a closet to create a small sofa. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again on our next visit to Bremen.

Unfortunately, there is no room service. According to the receptionist, the rooms are only cleaned every 5 days. 🤷🏻‍♀️. The same applies to towels, but you have the option of providing them yourself. You can get everything at reception. I was there for a short stay a year ago, and it felt like the breakfast had declined significantly within a year. Apparently, salmon isn't available due to supply issues, and pancakes are only available upon request, but they're actually only prepared for me. Everyone else didn't get any. Maybe I picked a bad time. We had a fire test alarm, but it was okay. However, the power will be temporarily cut off for the following night due to maintenance work. The elevator will be out of service starting at 11:00 PM. We're on the 5th floor. 🙄 It's the weekend and it's a fair. A really bad time for me. It's probably the electricity provider's fault, and the hotel has no control over it. 🤷🏻‍♀️It's still stupid though.

Extremely Poor Experience Never Again From the very first day the stay at Adagio Hotel Bremen near the Hauptbahnhof was terrible. The first room was dirty and badly maintained. After complaining we were moved to another room but nothing improved. In six full days there was no cleaning at all, not even one single time. No towel changes, no fresh bed sheets, and absolutely no housekeeping service. Customer service and management were completely unprofessional. The front desk ignored our complaints and showed no hospitality. We even wanted to extend our stay by one or two days and they kept us waiting until the very last moment only to say there were no rooms available after confirming earlier. Laundry service costs 5 euros per item and there are no other proper hotel amenities. I have traveled to more than 56 countries and this was truly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Dirty rooms, poor management, zero service, and nothing close to hospitality. Absolutely not recommended.
