It’s a short drive to two of the most well-known old city gates: the Suan Dok Gat, leading to iconic temples in the city, and the Chang Puak Gate, the gateway to the famous food night market and the ‘North Gate’ jazz co-op. The hotel is approximately a 15-minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) and a three-hour drive from Bangkok. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily continental buffet breakfast is served at Italics between 7am and 10.30am.
- Nightly cocktail can be redeemed at RISE Rooftop Bar between 3pm and 1am. Guests can opt for a local beer, soft drink or mocktail instead.
- Daily lunch or dinner is a set-menu three-course meal, served at Italics and enjoyed any time between 11am and 11pm.
- The in-room traditional massage needs to be booked in advance and is available between 9am and 9pm.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
- Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
