I actually just had our lunch today @ M Gallery. Not actually my first time. I returned because i am quite satisfied with the food , special mention the ice cream which i dearly missed. Chefs are friendly and visible everywhere and that’s a good thing. And the service staff are likewise friendly and accomodating, special mention Ms. Mary, intern of Guest Experience. Will definitely return as the guest experience is quite excellent.

We had a wonderful stay (again) at the Admiral Hotel in Manila in July. From the moment we arrived, we found the hotel beautifully appointed, comfortable, and remarkably quiet—a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The highlight of our visit was the dining experience. The rooftop restaurant is outstanding, offering both excellent food and impeccable service. The nightly buffet is truly exceptional—one of the best I’ve ever experienced—with an incredible variety of high-quality dishes. Breakfast was equally impressive, exceptionally high quality and varied. A special thank you to the restaurant staff, who went above and beyond with their warmth and professionalism. Renz, Bert, Vian, Josh, and Aly all played a big part in making our stay so memorable. We also enjoyed an evening at Ruby Wong’s, the hotel’s downstairs restaurant, which offered a lively atmosphere and another wonderful dining experience. Overall, the Admiral Hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable, relaxing stay in Manila. We hope to return again one day soon!

Wow! We’ve stayed at some stunning hotels this fortnight but this hotel is incredible. We’ve just checked in and everyone is exceptional - the customer service is outstanding and property is beautiful. Everything looks shiny and new and the people here are brilliant. Ivan from the front desk, Ryan from concierge and Val from Guest Experience are huge assets to this hotel. Incredible! Dexter who makes the drinks is brilliant - he is so entertaining and friendly. He has absolutely gone the extra mile during every interaction! I am so impressed already and can’t wait for the 4 days at this hotel. We will be sharing and promoting this hotel as much as we can. So so so impressed!! We just came from Fairmont Makati and wish we had just booked here for longer. They were great but this is exceptional. The personalisation in particular is super special - I am still wowed by how personalised this checkin process was!

Pls put towel hooks in the bathroom. The towel bar is too low to accommodate the big towels. The rain shower didn’t work. The hair dryer folds each time I use it. Overall, it’s a great hotel, but for me details count too.
