Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for {{BrandName}} credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your {{BrandName}} credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with {{BrandName}}. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Deluxe Double Room – Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults. No additional guests of any age may stay.

Suite, Penthouse and Penthouse Suite – Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$60 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with all inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.

Please note guests must be aged 12 years and over.
