  • Nightly sunset drink includes one glass of local beer, house wine or soft drink per person, served at Sunset Bar.
  • Return passenger ferry transfers to the island from River Heads ferry terminal are included. Ferry transfers do not include vehicles. Passenger ferry transfers will be booked for the 1pm sailing on arrival and 10am on departure. Times can be amended directly with the Reservations Team after booking confirmation (subject to availability).
  • Unlimited ranger guided walks and talks are for the night walks only.
  • A$100 Resort Activity Credit (select packages only): Credit can be used towards beauty spots tour, personalised tour, ranger activities including bushtucker talk & taste, canoe paddle, segways, archery, SUPs, ranger walks, and Illumina light show. Credit cannot be used for whale watching cruises, Aqua Oasis Cruise, 4WD hire, land and ranger transfers, day spa treatments, food and beverage, or third-party operated services. No minimum spend required.
Cancellation policy

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
