The Y Fitness Centres are conveniently located– one in the centre of the city opposite the Botanical Gardens on Hereford Street, and the other at Bishopdale Mall. The Y has a common purpose – which is to meet and relate to the needs of people in their communities, and where they work, in a way that will encourage them to develop as individuals, express their own needs, and reach their full potential. They do this through offering programmes and opportunities to their community that works on improving recreational and motivational skills, guided by the four core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.

Conditions of the Deal
- Valid only for people that have NOT held a membership during 2022
- 99 days membership must be used consecutively by the same person and commences from the day you sign up. Memberships must commence before expiry date. It is advised that you consult your GP before beginning a new fitness regime
