Bookings are essential & subject to availability (book online at: http://visioncentre.co.nz/book-appointment/, schedule your appointment under your selected location, select General Eye Exam, select an appointment & quote voucher code). Valid for the location selected upon purchase only. 1 voucher per person. Frames & brands subject to availability. Valid for 2 frames up to the value of $120 each. Individual frame values cannot be combined. Use of own frame not permitted. Single vision lenses included are from a stock range +3.00 to -3.00 up to a -2.00 cyl. Anything outside of this range or if a nylon or rimless frame will incur an extra charge. Both pairs must be the same prescription (both distance or both near etc), for the same person and chosen on exam day. Cannot be used to pay an account. No exchanges. No refunds or cash back (except where required by law). Not for use with other offers.

$30 re-booking fee applies if appointment is cancelled within 24hrs or if more than 10min late to appointment.
