• Available Monday - Friday by appointment. Saturdays may be available subject to availability
• Not valid: Sundays or public holidays
• Service areas covered as follows; outside of area incurs $25 minimum surcharges - call to enquire if unsure:
• Hawke’s Bay - Valid service areas including Bay View, Te Awanga, Haumoana, Napier and suburbs, Hastings and suburbs, Havelock North, Otane (township), Waipawa (township only) and Waipukurau (township only)
• Manawatu - Valid service areas including Dannevirke, Woodville, Ashurst, Palmerston North and suburbs, Feilding, Levin (township only), Otaki (Township only), Waikane, Paraparaumu, Paraparaumu Beach, Raumati, Raumati Beach. Whanganui $25.00 travel applies
• Wellington - Valid service areas including Tawa, Churton Park, Grenada, Johnsonville, Paparangi, Woodridge, Newlands, Khandalah, Ngaio, Wilton, Karori
• Valid for the location selected at the time of purchase - please make your selection carefully

Conditions of the Deal

• For single-storey options, top of windows must be no more than three metres from the ground. Please note that single-storey properties that sit on top of a garage, rumpus room etc are classed as split level. One or two-storey properties that sit on top of a garage, rumpus room etc are classed as split level two-three storey properties and will require quoting
• Additional rooms (second lounge, media room, office etc. count as additional bedrooms). The voucher does not include glass balustrades, conservatories, sun rooms or any added rooms with multiple windows or colonial windows (windows that contain multiple smaller windows), please enquire to discuss. Normal charges will apply for any additional labour/larger areas/larger spaces if required, payable directly to Neil's Window Cleaning Ltd
• Entire voucher must be used in one visit. Limit of two vouchers may be purchased for personal use; two as gifts. Maximum one voucher redeemable per booking. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer. No exchanges. No refunds or cash back (except where required by law). How to Redeem

• If you have a specific date you require a booking for please call and book your date BEFORE purchasing a voucher
• To redeem, phone 0800 320 818 or email bookings@neilbrown.co.nz with your name, address, service required, and your voucher code
• Please present your voucher upon their arrival at your home

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
