• Available Monday - Friday by appointment. Saturdays may be available subject to availability

• Hawke’s Bay - Valid service areas including Bay View, Te Awanga, Haumoana, Napier and suburbs, Hastings and suburbs, Havelock North, Otane (township), Waipawa (township only) and Waipukurau (township only)
• Manawatu - Valid service areas including Dannevirke, Woodville, Ashurst, Palmerston North and suburbs, Feilding, Levin (township only), Otaki (Township only), Waikane, Paraparaumu, Paraparaumu Beach, Raumati, Raumati Beach. Whanganui $25.00 travel applies
• Wellington - Valid service areas including Tawa, Churton Park, Grenada, Johnsonville, Paparangi, Woodridge, Newlands, Khandalah, Ngaio, Wilton, Karori
• Valid for the location selected at the time of purchase - please make your selection carefully

Conditions of the Deal

• Gutter maximum heights of up to 3.5m from the ground for one-storey voucher option. Two storey maximum of 5m ground to gutter. Clear access around the house must be available. Trees growing close to gutters may prevent that section from being cleaned properly
• One level of gutters is covered with the two-storey voucher option. Additional rooms (second lounge, media room, office etc count as additional bedrooms). If you have two or more levels please talk to Neil's Window Cleaning BEFORE purchasing a voucher. Valid for INTERIOR gutter cleaning only
• Valid for a STANDARD clean only. Severe plant, mould or lichen growth will incur extra charges. Valid for home size stated on voucher only - no exceptions. If your home is larger than the voucher purchased, additional charges will apply. Any extras will incur a surcharge, quoted by Neil's Window Cleaning
• Access to an electrical outlet will be required. Does not include removal of debris - you are encouraged to place debris in compost, the garden or green bins rather than being disposed of off-property, as that incurs surcharge if vendor needs to take it to the rubbish tip. Normal charges will apply for any additional labour/larger areas/larger spaces if required. All surcharges payable directly to Neil's Window Cleaning
• Limit of two vouchers may be purchased for personal use; two as gifts. Maximum one voucher redeemable per booking. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. No exchanges. No refunds or cash back (except where required by law). Not valid with any other offer. Entire voucher must be used in one visit. How to Redeem

• If you have a specific date you require a booking for please call and book your date BEFORE purchasing a voucher
• Bookings essential on 0800 320 818 or email bookings@neilbrown.co.nz with your name, address, service required and voucher code
• Please present your voucher upon their arrival at your home

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
