• Valid service area valid for Plimmerton, Pauahatanui, Upper Hutt, Wainuiomata, Eastbourne, Seatoun, Island Bay, Karori, Johnsonville, Tawa, Porirua/Ascott Park and Whitby
• Kapiti area may be included subject to a $60 travel surcharge – call vendor to discuss

Conditions of the Deal

• Parking must be provided/available without cost within 30m of dwelling. Full and unobstructed access must be available around the full perimeter of the dwelling (by path/walkway/steps of at least 1.5m width). Areas without this access will not be cleaned. Max. horizontal reach of areas of be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max. vertical reach of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m. No work will be undertaken from ladders or from a roof. Building areas exceeding the specified height or reach limits are excluded from the service provided with this voucher (but discuss these with Barry to establish if it is possible to have these cleaned, and at what additional cost)
• There must be an unobstructed line of sight from the ground work-station to all areas being cleaned (if it can't be seen it can't be cleaned). Unattached buildings (garages/sheds etc.) will be subject to separate quote. Whenever the work requires access within the dwelling (to access deck areas etc.) the customer must be present onsite to give the necessary access
• A surcharge shall apply, over and above the voucher, to supply and apply a specialised chemical treatment to enable effective cleaning of all surfaces where evidence of green, black or red mould is apparent. The surcharge will be $40 per 2L container of chemical used in the cleaning process (please note, it would be an extreme case to use more than two containers of this chemical, and in most cases one container will suffice)
• The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that adequate waterproofing is provided to any items or part of the dwelling. Whilst reasonable care will be taken to avoid any damage, no responsibility will be accepted for any cost or damage arising from water penetration of electrical fittings/power supply and/or window & door frames
• Contact Professional Property Services directly to enquire about additional house-washing, window cleaning, water-blasting and moss & mould treatment options to add to your package (additional cost to be paid on the day of service)
• Any surcharges and agreed extra costs (over and above the voucher) to paid fully and directly to Professional Property Services on the day of service
• Entire voucher value must be used in one visit on one property. Limit of two vouchers may be purchased for personal use; two as gifts. Maximum one voucher redeemable per booking. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer. No exchanges. How to Redeem

• When booking, include your full name, address, contact numbers, your voucher number and a description of the service required
• Bookings are subject to availability. Book in advance to secure desired date and time
• Please present printed or smartphone voucher upon cleaner's arrival at your home
