Conditions of the Deal
Bookings are essential & subject to availability & weather conditions (book online at xtremex.co.nz/how-can-we-help and provide your voucher code, requested time & date, full name, address, email and contact number, passenger name if different and any medical conditions that their team needs to be aware of). This is a Passenger service only (No Drive). Available booking dates: March 29, April 19, May 17, June 7. Minimum age/height requirements for children using the Lamborghini are 8 years old. However the Ferrari due to a different seat configuration, children must be at least 140cm tall. In the event of mechanical breakdown we have AA coverage which supplies a standard replacement vehicle. At this point the service will end and the passenger will be dropped off at their final destination and offered either a full refund or a reschedule. Extreme weather conditions fall under unforeseen circumstances. You will be required to wear seatbelts, refusal will result in cancellation of the service with immediate effect. All significant medical conditions which could cause any issues while traveling are required to be disclosed. XtremeX adheres to the rules and speed limits of the road, any request to break these rules will be denied and if this does not end the matter, that person will be taken back and the service will be cancelled with no refund. If intoxication or drugs is suspected upon arrival, XtremeX has the right to refuse and you will forfeit your right to use our service, there will be no entitlement to a refund or reschedule. There will be no smoking or vaping allowed in the vehicle or stops to facilitate for this. If any soiling is to occur e.g. in the act of being sick, or other accident, you will incur an additional charge of $400, this is payable with immediate effect. Medical conditions such as heart attack, stroke, asthma, epilepsy etc. must be disclosed as for the driver to be aware should any issue arise. Drivers are first aid qualified. Limit 1 voucher per customer per visit. No exchanges. No refunds or cash back (except where required by law). Not for use with other offers.
How to Redeem
To redeem, book online at xtremex.co.nz/how-can-we-help and provide your voucher code, requested time & date, full name, address, email and contact number, passenger name if different and any medical conditions that their team needs to be aware of.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated with XtremeX Ltd no later than 24 hours before service is required unless agreed through prior booking. Please remember this is an extremely unique and limited service provided by XtremeX and therefor we rely on careful planning and booking by our customers. A full refund will be provided if cancellation falls within the specific limit and within 5 working days. There will be no charge for rescheduling within the 24hr time frame although we may not be able to accommodate due to limited service. Rescheduling will only incur a charge 1 hour prior to booking to an amount of $25.00 to XtremeX's discretion, see also waiting time. A waiting time of up to 15 minutes for all services will be allowed, commencing from the time of booking. During this time an XtremeX driver will attempt to contact the customer by email and phone, and if no contact can be made and after this time expires the booking will be cancelled. Any cancellation which take place in this manner will not receive a refund.If any unforeseen circumstances arise, XtremeX has the right to cancel the booking and will offer a full refund or reschedule which ever may be preferred by the customer, however we will not be accountable for any costs associated with the customer, travel and time off work etc.
