Deck clean and stain is a 2 day service. Mobile service available in areas: Auckland - 40km from Auckland Central CBD. Wellington - all of Wellington including Kapiti. Hawkes Bay - 70km radius from Napier CBD. Taranaki - covers all of South Taranaki. Manawatu - 120k radius around Palmerston North CBD. Wanganui - 100k radius around Wanganui CBD. Call to confirm your area before purchasing voucher. Travel charges of $1.50/km apply outside these areas, payable direct. Please check prior to voucher purchase that Mr Sandless services your area if unsure. Before service, it's the home owner's responsibility to ensure the service area is clear of furniture, pets are secure, and there's easy access to the service area. Any plants/shrub and/or overhanging growth needs to be removed before service date. If unable to move / trim the items then we will service around them. Previous deck treatments may affect the outcome that Dr DecknFence can achieve. Call to discuss prior to purchase of voucher. Service is weather dependent. Any over-height work that requires special safety equipment by law, additional charges will apply. On service date, please ensure Mr. Sandless/Dr. Deck n Fence has easy access to an outside water tap and electricity. Not to be used with previous quotes. No exchanges.
