- Not valid for any pre-existing quoted or booked work. Labour only - parts not included (all materials charged and payable direct to Polite Plumbers). Additional labour above your voucher will be charged at normal rate, paid direct to Polite Plumbers. Two hours of plumbing services valid for labour only and applies to man hours; two on-site technicians total two hours in a one-hour time slot
