Conditions of the Deal
- Not suitable for anyone who is more than 14 weeks pregnant. Participants must be at least eight years of age. Parental guidance is necessary for children under 12 years. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Maximum of eight people per flight. Please wear sturdy footwear and comfortable clothing. Additional children will be charged at $310 per child. Admissions organised and payable directly to Kiwi Balloon Company
- Entire voucher must be used in one visit. Maximum of five vouchers redeemable per booking. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer. How to Redeem
- Bookings essential via call 021 912 679 or email kiwiballooncompany@xtra.co.nz quoting your voucher number
- Book early to secure your desired date and time
- Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival to redeem
Changes to Booking
- If operator cancels a flight due to bad weather, and if we they are unable to find an alternative date suitable to you, you will be fully refunded
- If cancelled by customer between 24 and 36 hours prior to the flight meeting time, a fee of 50% of the fare may apply
- No refund will be given within 24 hours of the flight meeting time if cancelled by the customer
