How to Redeem
- Bookings essential by phone: 03 249 7167, quoting your voucher number
- Book early to secure your desired date and time
- Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival
Changes to Booking
- Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them
- If the operator cancels a flight due to bad weather, and if they are unable to find an alternative date suitable for you, you will be fully refunded
- If you cancel, a fee of the fare may apply if cancelled by the customer between 24 and 36 hours prior to the flight meeting time
- No refund will be given within 24 hours of the flight meeting time if cancelled by the customer
