End the evening by savouring a three-course d’hôte menu for dinner, served in a Castle Dining Room, house party style with all guests at one sitting. The menu reflects traditional New Zealand style cuisine, with all meat and vegetables sourced locally. The next morning, begin the day with a complimentary breakfast served in the lower area of the historic stables, with continental or cooked options available between 8.00am and 9.30am before a convenient late check out at 11am.
