A full refund if your roof is deemed unsuitable for painting for any reason
Valid for the roof size stated on your voucher (depending on option purchased). If your roof is larger than the area stated a surcharge will apply (please enquire for details)
Masking, brush work and high roofs will incur an extra charge (2 storey roof incurs extra cost as scaffolding is legally required for buildings over 3m tall). Any roof repairs required (incl. rust & peeling) will incur an extra charge
Does not include soffits, fascias or guttering
Single level houses with a low pitched roof are suitable without a prior assessment; 2 storey and steep roofs available by negotiation. Not valid for un-walkable roofs

New screw replacement available - additional $500 for roofs up to 120sqm (value $1080), additional $700 for roofs up to 160sqm roof (value $1440). Upgrade includes removal of old flathead lead nails & installing new rubber cap full threaded galvanised tech screws primed & fitted
