About Pilates:
A friendly and challenging 50min mat Pilates class. The 50min class is run by Mariska, an experienced Pilates teacher who has over a decade of experience. Mariska runs her own Pilates studio and is a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and rehab trainer. Those with injuries are welcome to come and have a chat with Mariska before/after class. Mariska also practices Thai Boxing and says: “Pilates, when done correctly, can teach you correct use of your muscles, breathing, core control and balance. With added bonus of strength and flexibility.

About Box Fit
Suitable for all levels, this 45 minute class aims to make you fit by using boxing drills, plyometrics and padwork (non contact – beginners welcome). We’re all picky when it comes to exercise, and so we should be. If it doesn’t burn enough calories, it isn’t worth the effort. But if it isn’t fun, we won’t stick with it. Luckily, cardio boxing is one of the most addictive forms of exercise out there, AND burns a heck of a lot of calories at the same time. If there ever was a cure for the mundane woes and stresses of over-caffeinated city slickers – and a way to expend your wrath in a relatively wholesome way – it’s stepping into a ring and hitting something as hard as you can. Plus, because you're working on pads and bags, you won't have to worry about showing up to work with a black eye. This 45-minute class will make you sweat and have fun doing it, plus you get the added bonus of learning some handy self-defense skills because the classes are taught by Pro Fighters.
