Facial Reflexology was developed by Lone Sorensen, a Danish Reflexologist and Acupuncturist. The technique relates points of the face to areas and systems of the body. It differs from foot reflexology by covering several different body maps, including the Chinese Meridians, South American Indian face massage and the Vietnamese face map.
For your 1 hour treatment, you will lie on a massage table fully clothed, while the face and scalp are worked on. Along with this treat, you'll also receive $20 toward your next 1 hour treatment.
Cathy Hamilton is a fully qualified Reflexologist with a Diploma in Reflexology and Relaxation Massage from the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine, 2010. She is also only one of two Facial Reflexology therapists practising in NZ. She has a keen interest in natural medicine and has completed full training in Australia to extend her skills to encompass facial reflexology and CranioSacral, which complements and builds on the other treatments she currently offers.
She's dedicated to facilitating hands on relaxation treatments and looks forward to working with you. She believes deep relaxation is the key to helping the body restore and rejuvenate.
